No returns once dispatched, citing the specialist, perishable nature of research chemicals and UK Consumer Contracts Regulations exemptions (Refund policy, updated May 26, 2026, section 2). No refunds for unwanted, wrongly ordered or mistaken orders, or orders refused on delivery. Damaged, incorrect or not as described: report within 7 calendar days of receipt with the order number, a short description and at least 3 clear photos (original packaging with the shipping label visible; outer and internal packaging; affected items), which 'may be reviewed using image verification and metadata analysis tools'; the store may then replace, refund in part or in full, or decline 'where evidence is insufficient or inconsistent'.
