How to check a certificate of analysis that says it came from Verum Analytics, on the lab's own site. Type the address yourself; if you scan a QR code or follow a link on the report, check that the page is on the lab's own domain. We link out only; we do not test or score labs.
How to check a report
Enter the Test ID (or verification code) from the COA on Verum's Verify COA page.
Every COA issued by Verum is permanently recorded. Enter a Test ID to retrieve the original, unalterable result.

What must match
Between the lab's own record and the copy the store shows you (a general list; the lab publishes none that we found):
- lab name, and a lab web address you typed or searched yourself
- client (store) name
- compound and labeled amount
- batch or lot number, and the same number on your vial
- purity and measured amount
- test and report dates
- report number or verification code
