What must match
Between the lab's own record and the copy the store shows you (a general list; the lab publishes none that we found):
- lab name, and a lab web address you typed or searched yourself
- client (store) name
- compound and labeled amount
- batch or lot number, and the same number on your vial
- purity and measured amount
- test and report dates
- report number or verification code
