How to check a certificate of analysis that says it came from ILS Laboratories, on the lab's own site. Type the address yourself; if you scan a QR code or follow a link on the report, check that the page is on the lab's own domain. We link out only; we do not test or score labs.
How to check a report
Enter the access code on ILS's verify page, or scan the QR code on the COA. The code is printed in bold below the QR code at the top right of the COA and again in the footer.

What must match
Between the lab's own record and the copy the store shows you, as the lab describes its reports:
- access code
- test results
- product details
- signatory information
When you verify a COA, you will see the complete test results with the laboratory seal of verification, product details, and signatory information.
